SALES MANAGER
Salary: $ 10.000,00 + commission plan
Benefits: Medical, Dental Care, VT and VR.
Workplace: Centre / RJ
Hours: Commercial (Monday to Friday)
Required:
- Bachelor in Business, Electronics, Petroleum or Engineering;
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in marketing and software solutions, successfully selling in a market technician;
- Experience with software sales;
- Willingness to travel;
- Fluent English;
- Knowledge of 3D modeling of geological reservoirs and simulation solutions for the integrated oil and gas industry;
Activities:
- Understand the market and proposed to set short and medium term business plans to increase sales;
- Implement the sales strategy, defined by the Regional Manager;
- Act as the main contact between the customer and the company during all phases of software evaluation and sales process by the end of contract negotiations;
- Mapping and generate leads for software products and report on sales opportunities with the CRM system; - Collate and maintain market intelligence about the technologies, products, customers and competitors;
- Participate in marketing activities such as fairs, advertising, technical publications and presentations to support corporate sales strategies; - Arrange regular visits, training sessions and technical workshops or similar to the current and potential customers;
- Seamless communication with regional sales offices.
